Doug is a proven marketing professional with nearly 20 years experience developing and fostering brands from the ground floor to national prominence.
Doug comes to Think from Indianapolis via New York City, most recently serving as Director of Marketing for OneCommunity. As Marketing Director at the Knight Center of Digital Excellence he oversaw strategy and execution of marketing, communications, public relations and brand initiatives – taking the Knight Center from idea to national thought leader in 18 months.
Previously, Doug developed online strategies for GIE Media, established go-to-market strategies and products for now industry-leading online market research firm InsightExpress, and developed marketing solutions for products and services mired in an inability to fully communicate their value and compete in the marketplace.

Doug’s PR efforts have resulted in appearances in hundreds of publications and television outlets across the nation, including The New York Times, MSNBC, USA Today, and ESPN.
With a deep background in traditional methods, Doug is also an expert in employing interactive strategies – from creating online products to generating traffic and industry “go-to” web portals.
Doug received his M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from DePauw University, where he was awarded the Most Outstanding Radio Documentary in the State of Indiana (1990) by the Associated Press.

Leaning on over 10 years of success in the online marketing industry Ryan has stayed on top of the latest technologies and trends. He continually changes the way the Internet can be used to create efficiencies, save costs, and drive sales for his clients. Being an entrepreneur he fully understands the concept of accountable marketing and ROI.
He has an advanced Information Systems diploma from Algonquin College as well as a degree in marketing from The University of British Columbia. He has the rare skill set to be able to talk in sales and marketing dollars and to also understand how the technology actually works. This translates into being able to talk with the VP of Sales, VP of marketing, and the IT team to get a total understanding of what the client really needs.

Erin Figer is that rare marketing professional that shows extreme “left brain” aptitude as she is extremely diligent, making sure we deliver the maximum value for our clients. A former client, we brought her on board as we saw her as a great addition to the team.
Erin is a highly organized, results driven, take-charge professional with experience in marketing and operations management in positions of increasing responsibility offering 12 years’ experience in Information Technology industry.
For our clients, Erin provides strategic consulting to organizations needing to develop marketing strategies and plans, revamp an organization’s online presence, website user experience, social media strategy and improve search engine optimization and website traffic results.
Founder, Think Media Studios
Born and raised, in Cleveland, Ohio, Brian moved to Los Angeles in his early twenties to learn from the film and video industry’s best. Determined to set himself apart from the throngs of industry hopefuls trying to make a name for themselves, Brian’s relentless networking and tireless tenacity led to projects with some of the biggest brands in Hollywood including HBO, SHOWTIME and Fox.
Fast-forward 10 years and a successful stint in L.A., Brian decided to revisit his roots in Cleveland. He knew that when the time came to start a family of his own that his hometown of Cleveland was, for him, the only place in which to do it. Upon his return, Brian took the Head of Production position with Glazen Creative Studios where he helmed production and postproduction projects while personally functioning as producer for higher profile clients.
In June of 2004, with a burgeoning desire to oversee complete creative direction, Brian launched his own Cleveland-based production company, Think Media Studios. He slowly and strategically grew his staff and client base into what it is today; a 17-person crew with a coveted, high-profile, client roster that spans the globe – giving credence to Think Media being “the fastest-growing production powerhouse” in the Midwest (as quoted in Inside Business Magazine).
But Brian is not done. In 2013, Think Media Studios co-produced their second independent film called Fishing Without Nets. This film went on to win for Best Direction at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and recently sold to Twentieth Century Fox for distribution to theaters nation wide. To Brian, producing original content is the next logical step in the growth of Think Media Studios and a way to keep the feeding the creative souls of his talented staff.
Lead Web Programmer
The creative genius behind the scenes at Think’s Web efforts, Kyle Barber has been designing and building websites for more than 5 years. As the lead designer and programmer, Kyle is tasked with the most challenging projects, helping Think deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients. Kyle is a graduate of Algonquin College.
Danika is a graphic design graduate from Algonquin College that joined ForceFive in 2013. Danika has a passion for design that pushes her to always try and learn something new. She loves the fact that she can tell people that “I love what I do,” and it is evident in her work.
