Doug comes to Think from Indianapolis via New York City, most recently serving as Director of Marketing for OneCommunity. As Marketing Director at the Knight Center of Digital Excellence he oversaw strategy and execution of marketing, communications, public relations and brand initiatives – taking the Knight Center from idea to national thought leader in 18 months. Previously, Doug developed online strategies for GIE Media, established go-to-market strategies and products for now industry-leading online market research firm InsightExpress, and developed marketing solutions for products and services mired in an inability to fully communicate their value and compete in the marketplace. An entrepreneur at heart, Doug is a driven, impatient professional – ready to make a difference for your business today. His research background ensures that the decisions and strategies recommended are market driven and effective. Doug’s PR efforts have resulted in appearances in hundreds of publications and television outlets across the nation, including The New York Times, MSNBC, USA Today, and ESPN. With a deep background in traditional methods, Doug is also an expert in employing interactive strategies – from creating online products to generating traffic and industry “go-to” web portals. Doug received his M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from DePauw University, where he was awarded the Most Outstanding Radio Documentary in the State of Indiana (1990) by the Associated Press.
Leaning on over 10 years of success in the online marketing industry Ryan has stayed on top of the latest technologies and trends. He continually changes the way the Internet can be used to create efficiencies, save costs, and drive sales for his clients. Being an entrepreneur he fully understands the concept of accountable marketing and ROI. He has an advanced Information Systems diploma from Algonquin College as well as a degree in marketing from The University of British Columbia. He has the rare skill set to be able to talk in sales and marketing dollars and to also understand how the technology actually works. This translates into being able to talk with the VP of Sales, VP of marketing, and the IT team to get a total understanding of what the client really needs.
Vincent started his career as a high level designer for big box companies. Soon after he launched his own online coaching and training company, Vincent focused on teaching large companies how to succeed in the online world through target marketing and conversion optimization. His focus began to shift to aspiring entrepreneurs driven to success as much as he was. With his 4 children and wife he is now more focused than ever on equipping entrepreneurs with the tools necessary to keep up and compete online. He is the creator of thousands of funnels across hundreds of industries and most recently joined the Think Agency team as Senior Developer to help bring automation and engagement back to the web.
Danika is a graphic design graduate from Algonquin College. Danika has a passion for design that pushes her to always try and learn something new. She loves the fact that she can tell people that “I love what I do,” and it is evident in her work.
Jessica graduated from the journalism program at the University of King’s College where she focused on web design and digital content. She has since been working in the digital marketing field and loves helping brands create an online presence through web design, social media, online advertising and analytics.
Nick has 18+ years of experience in the field of web design and development, creating hundreds of websites for clients across a variety of industries. He holds a BS in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University. Throughout the years, Nick has been the recipient of several web awards including two Gold Addys.
